When strangers become family. - There are no windows on a bike. You do not get to choose where to pull over or stop. This forces you to be put into different situations and meet all sorts of people. - Gil is a veteran who biked across America with @warriorexpeditions. He is not shy to discuss the nightmares of war or any of his deployments. He always looked out for everyone and appreciated Taylor, Annalisa, and I’s carefree spirit on the trip. - Steve was also in the military and someone who I heard tales about the entire trip. It wasn’t until Missoula, Montana (HQ of @adventurecycling) that we finally met in person. He was part of the epic Trail Family pyramid. - These strangers have become some of my closest friends. - Is there anyone in your life that you met on the road?
